Valerie Wackmann is the Founder of EAVI LLC and a SHRM-certified Human Resources professional, New York State Notary Public, and Certified Mediator. She established EAVI LLC to provide trusted, ethical, and results-driven services that support individuals, families, small businesses, and nonprofit organizations.

With a background in Human Resources and conflict resolution, Valerie brings a practical, solutions-focused approach to every engagement.
